Thornleigh Salesian College Celebrates Carol Service with Focus on the "Gift of Love"

Thornleigh Salesian College recently held its annual Carol Service, this year centering on the profound theme of "The Gift of Love" – Jesus.

The service uniquely highlighted those closest to Jesus' heart: prisoners, the sick, the young, migrants, the elderly, and the poor. The evening was filled with traditional carols and poignant readings that underscored the true meaning of Christmas.

Students, staff, and families came together to reflect on the selfless love of Jesus and the importance of extending that love to those most in need. The service emphasized the power of compassion and the responsibility of each individual to make a positive impact on the world. Students were encouraged to consider how they can show love and support to those facing hardship and to embrace the spirit of giving during the festive season.
