On Saturday 13th June, we proudly hosted our Centenary Concert in the Thornleigh Salesian College school hall as part of our 100-year celebrations.

It was a wonderful evening filled with music spanning the decades, featuring performances from the Thornleigh Brass Band, a choir of former students, and the current Sixth Form Band. The concert showcased not only the rich musical heritage of Thornleigh but also the incredible achievements of many of our past students.

Many of the performers have gone on to enjoy successful musical careers as teachers, members of prestigious bands and orchestras, and performers in both professional and amateur operatic productions. It was inspiring to see how the talents nurtured at Thornleigh have continued to grow and flourish over the years.

The event was a sell-out success, creating a fantastic atmosphere that was enjoyed by everyone in attendance. Thank you to all who performed, supported, and celebrated with us. We are already looking forward to hosting another memorable musical event in the near future.
