Usually by this time in a school year, we would have already performed our ‘Rock, Pop and Theatre Night, ‘Y11 Songwriting Evening’, been on a music weekend retreat to Savio House and of course performed the school musical production – all this while preparing for our Christmas services!
The government has announced that there will be a change to some coronavirus restrictions between Wednesday 23 and Sunday 27 December, meaning that people can form an exclusive ‘Christmas bubble’ of up to three households.

Bolton Music Service is now open for applications from all children to learn a musical instrument/singing in September. If you have not tried a musical instrument before this is your chance to have a weekly lesson in school with a specialist teacher. You can register here:
As an alternative to the on-campus open day events, many universities are running a virtual open day or open week with popular open day talks and subject information sessions.
