A group of our students represented Thornleigh at the Bolton Panathlon Extend event at Bolton Arena.

Students took part in 8 different activities including table cricket, middle age curling and polybat, competing against 5 other teams from schools across Bolton.

After all of the events concluded, Thornleigh were announced as the winners of the competition!

Each student won gold medal and a certificate and the whole team were presented with a trophy which will have pride of place in school.

Well done to everyone, it was a great team effort and fantastic to see everyone having fun.
