We are extremely proud to share with you the success of one of our Year 9 students, Evie B.

Evie competed at the British Open Inclusive Skating Championships in Milton Keynes earlier this month during the Easter holidays and delivered an outstanding performance. She won two gold medals and was crowned the 2026 British Advanced Novice Champion, securing her place as the top figure skater in her age group in the country.

This achievement is particularly impressive as Evie has recently moved up into a new age category (13 – 17 years). Competing against older and more experienced skaters - including some as old as 18, due to the age classification based on January 1st - she rose to the challenge and came out on top. Her success has also earned her qualification for the World Championships this October.
